The plant consists of pilot plants for the initial batch analysis. Once convinced, we take batches in the glass lined reactor to manufacture high purity acetonitrile hplc grade which is widely used in the pharma and research industry.
Once acetonitrile hplc grade solvent is manufactured, we are packing it in 2. 5lit amber glass bottles as shown in the picture. Later they are packed in thermocole boxes and ready for dispatch.
Since the plant is located close to the port, it is very convinient to load and unload goods at the facillity.
The plant is manned by skilled personals having an experience of 30years in the manufacturing activity. We have been manufacturing for companies as glaxo smithkline becham and merck (India) ltd. And provided them with consistent quality and good service.
We are undertaking job-works for the manufacturing of acetonitrile hplc grade solvents for pharma companies having a huge consumption per annum.
