This uses plastic rollers and half-cross belt drives. It is individual motor driven,
able to step forward by single step operation and is also able to be synchronized
with the heating section. The photocells are mounted on the loading section to
be matched with the encoder on the body for measuring the length of glass and controlling
the position and swing amplitude of the glass inside the furnace.
The heating section is insulated with qualified refractory aluminum silicate sheet,
driven by hi-grade quartz ceramic rollers, matrix arrangement of heating elements,
non-contact fuzzy control and automatic power compensation function, which
satisfy the different requirements of heating power for different thickness of
glass. The heating system for the upper and lower furnace is followed with control
to enable the temperature inside the heating chamber to form a necessary gradient
distribution, which can perform uniform heating for the glass surface and
reduce glass distortion to a minimum. The unequal swing control is used for reducing
wave distortion during the glass heating. Roller friction is effectively reduced
and the quality of the glass surface is further improved with the stability
of the half-cross belt drive, leading-in compressed air and sulphur dioxide and
enhancing the thermal balance inside the furnace.
The alloy sections and steel sheet are cold riveted to avoid deformation by heat
welding, effectively ensuring the entire flatness at the air face of the quench.
Rational nozzle aperture and the arrangement of air holes guarantee the glass
an even cooling. The upper and lower quenches are combined with linkage and individual
drives, which can control the rational height for the air nozzle of the
quenches. Matched with balanced control of the upper and lower air amount, the top
and bottom of the glass can reach optimum heat radiation, so as to ensure the
flatness of tempering glass.
This uses aramid fiber roller and half-cross belt drives. The unloading can be
done by single step operation. The glass can be directly unloaded from the unloading
table. The loading and unloading tables are equipped with pneumatic elevation
and side rollers for easy glass side unloading.
